There’s 2 train stations nearby, one is a bit further out that’s better to use beyond the park. If you drink coffee there’s a Starbucks in the park and then the station is close by. Lots of food in the area that’s walkable. We had a large group and this place worked out perfect for us. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, full kitchen, first floor shower/bathtub was great. Both toilets are on the 2nd floor and central. The business center or basement was a plus with the massage chair and area to lounge. There’s a garage if you rent a car. Place was clean and very cozy.

Our family of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was easy to find, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have a house that accommodated all 8 of us comfortably, especially the 2 shower rooms! Lavender House is close to transportation, convenience stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend for a large group or family.

This house is very clean, the transportation is convenient, and there is a large park nearby that small children will enjoy. The kitchen facilities and washing machine are also well equipped, which is very convenient. I look forward to staying at Lavender House again.

The house is in Shinjuku, so it's convenient to go anywhere. The house has a lot of space and there are plenty of unused beds. The washing machine is located on the basement floor, where there is also a large kids' area for small children to play. Overall, this house is perfect and I highly recommend it.
I've been to Tokyo three times now, and this was the most satisfying place I've stayed.

Amazing home and place to stay for group or large family. Bedding and amenities were perfect to accommodate group of 8-10 comfortably. Dining table was perfect for group dinner and extra living space was perfect for separate group interactions. Very close to local convenient stores and restaurants, and walkable distance to central Shinjuku. Very good price for value it provides to large group. Host was very friendly, responsive, and provided detailed instructions. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Great place! About 5-10 min walk to the train station! Had enough beds to fit 13 of my friends on our trip. The property had everything you would need in a home away from home. Overall, I enjoyed staying at the lavender house and would love to stay again for my next trip to japan.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Lavender House through Airbnb. The location was impeccable, just a quick 5-minute stroll to the closest station, which made exploring Tokyo incredibly convenient.
Our group consisted of 7 adults and 2 kids, and the space was more than accommodating. It's quite rare to find a property in Tokyo with two showers, but the Lavender House exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and everything felt brand new, which added an extra layer of comfort to our stay.
